The fuel saving advantage of Liugong is not a single technological breakthrough, but a systematic engineering of the "golden match" between power and hydraulic systems. Its core lies in the independently developed IPC electronic control system - a technology known as the "fuel saving brain" in the industry, which achieves precise empowerment of excavator operations. Through the collaborative work of the large displacement electronic control main pump and the optimized main valve, the IPC system can allocate hydraulic flow according to the load requirements of different working conditions, avoiding energy waste caused by traditional hydraulic systems' "large flow idle", and achieving millisecond level matching between power output and operational needs. In response to the construction needs of different tonnage levels and working conditions, Liugong has constructed a comprehensive fuel saving product matrix, covering the entire construction scene with fuel saving capabilities. In the mainstream market of 20 ton class, the LiuGong 920FMAX+is equipped with a customized six cylinder B7 engine, which is precisely matched with an electronic control positive flow hydraulic system. Compared with the same level in the industry, it can save 2 liters of diesel per hour. In high-intensity working conditions such as high-altitude tunnels and high standard farmland, it not only ensures operational efficiency, but also controls fuel consumption at the lowest level in the industry.
