XCMG's new energy excavator reconstructs the green value chain

XCMG's three technological routes of pure electric, trailer electric, and hybrid are parallel, providing optimal solutions for different working conditions.
The core value lies in getting rid of battery dependence and achieving almost "unlimited endurance" through grid power supply, perfectly adapting to continuous high-intensity operation scenarios such as mining stripping and solid waste treatment. The transformation of equipment from an "energy carrier" to an "energy interface" significantly reduces initial procurement and full lifecycle operating costs.
Equipped with XCMG's self-developed hybrid technology, it achieves a precise balance between surging power and energy consumption control. The whole machine can save more than 15% energy, and the annual fuel cost of a single machine can be as high as 300000 yuan, especially in heavy load excavation and loading conditions such as mines, demonstrating excellent economic advantages.
XCMG replaces a single technical route with a combination of technologies, fundamentally solving the differentiated needs of different working conditions for energy forms, power output, and cost structures.
